Content Warnings

Some of my writing deals significantly with themes of depression and suicidal ideation. To a lesser extent, themes of gender dysphoria, parental abuse, emotional manipulation, and transphobia may also be present. Violence also appears in some of my writing, though it generally isn't excessive or gory. These things may obviously be difficult to read about for some, so please exercise your best judgement in doing what's best for you, whether that be avoiding a story or taking breaks if you need to.

I don't tag individual works as containing these themes for a few reasons. For one, I know that they can make some people feel more anxious, which is something I also experience (knowing a theme is present in a work often makes me feel like I'm constantly passively on the lookout for it). I also don't want to imply that something doesn't touch on certain themes because it doesn't meet a certain threshold based on my percieved vibes, since I don't have any operationalized or standardized way of doing that. Conversely, I don't want to tag something as a certain theme too liberally, when even for most people who are bothered by a certain theme, a certain work is actually completely fine. Generally though, anything on my website may contain or discuss those themes, just as a heads up.

Currently within my work there is not (to the best of my knowledge) any portrayal of sexual content (implied or explicit), direct discrimination/hate crimes ('on-screen'), self-harm, torture, firearms or drug/alcohol use.
